Merge Excel workbooks, CSV, and Text Files on Mac OS X


Csv and txt files are flat files. To make some sense out of them, the files need to be opened in Excel. Excel will recognize these files as binary, flat files and the text import wizard will assist you to open and view the file in the proper format. Files should then be saved in the proper format for future work.
